1. INSTALL FRONT INNER SHIFT LEVER

  1. Coat the front inner shift lever with gear oil.

  1. Make sure that the front inner shift lever is installed as shown in the illustration.

    NOTICE:
    Make sure of the installation direction.



2. INSTALL INNER NO. 2 SHIFT LEVER

  1. Coat the inner No. 2 shift lever with gear oil.

  1. Make sure that the front inner shift lever is installed as shown in the illustration.

    NOTICE:
    Make sure of the installation direction.



3. INSTALL INNER SHIFT LEVER SLOTTED SPRING PIN

  1. Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, install the slotted spring pin onto the shift and select lever shaft.

    -0.2 to 0.8 mm (-0.00787 to 0.03150 in.)



4. INSTALL INNER NO. 2 SHIFT LEVER SLOTTED SPRING PIN

  1. Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, install the inner No. 2 shift lever and inner No. 2 shift lever slotted spring pin onto the shift and select lever shaft.
